Terms and conditions

1. PROMOTER This competition is operated by ARK Co-living ("the Promoter"). 2. COMPETITION PERIOD The competition opens at 12:00am BST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 30 June 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted. 3. ELIGIBILITY • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. • Entrants must be eligible to complete ARK Shoreditch's standard membership, referencing and residency requirements. 4. HOW TO ENTER To receive one entry, participants must: • Share the competition post to their Instagram Story. • Explain why they would like to live at ARK Shoreditch. • Tag @arkcoliving. • Include the hashtag #ARKShoreditch. To receive one additional bonus entry, participants may: • Post an Instagram Feed Post, Reel or TikTok showing what they would do with the £10,794 saved. • Tag @arkcoliving. • Include the hashtag #ARKShoreditch. Entries must be publicly visible to the Promoter during the Competition Period and at the time of judging to allow validation. 5. PRIZE • There is one prize and one winner only. • No runner-up, second-place or third-place prizes will be awarded. • The prize consists of six (6) months' accommodation at ARK Shoreditch for one individual only. • Total prize value: £10,794. • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative. • The prize cannot be shared between multiple occupants. 6. WINNER SELECTION • The winner will be selected by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on creativity, originality and engagement with the competition brief. • The decision of the Promoter is final. 7. Winner Announcement and Notification • The winner will be announced on Hoxton Radio at approximately 12:00pm BST on Wednesday 1 July 2026. • The winner will also be announced via ARK's Instagram Stories on the same day. • The winner will additionally be contacted directly via Instagram or TikTok (where applicable) within 48 hours of selection. 8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE • The winner must respond and claim the prize within 14 days of being contacted. • If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 9. CONTENT USAGE By entering, participants grant the Promoter permission to repost, share and use submitted competition content across ARK marketing channels, including social media, website, email and promotional materials. 10. PUBLICITY The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, including photography, filming, interviews and social media content. 11. GENERAL • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the competition process. • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
