To secure your booking, upon arrival we will temporarily hold up to £100 on your credit card. The same card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in with a valid ID. This hold, not a charge, affects your available balance and is released after check-out, subject to your bank’s processing times.

Where exactly is it?
We're at E14 9YF, a 2 minute walk from Crossharbour DLR Station and a 10-15 minute walk from Canary Wharf station. Our space is close enough to the action but with a crucial degree of separation, for that balanced life we’re all searching for.
What can I expect?
Cleverly designed private studios, shared spaces to work, relax and play in and an inspiring events programme to better yourself and to meet new people, all included in one easy bill - no matter how long you stay.
Can I work from ARK Canary Wharf?
Yes, lots of our members work or run their businesses from our spaces. When you stay or live with us you get access to a workstation in your own studio and a huge variety of stylish co-working spaces. All the important essentials are taken care of from choice of spaces, printing, meeting rooms and fast Wi-Fi. The best thing? It's all included in your membership fee.
Is there a restaurant and cafe on site?
Another Brother is our ground floor coffee counter serving hot drinks, juices, toasties, breakfast and more.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in and check-out times for 1-89 night stays are:
Check-in : 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out (until 4:00 PM) is available for a fixed fee of £45.
The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with an ID. If you've made a booking on behalf of someone else please contact us immediately to update the payment details.
Pre-authorisation: To verify your credit card and secure your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold £100 during your stay.

How does payment work and do I have to pay a deposit?
For stays of 1–89 nights, full payment is required in advance. The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in with a valid ID. To secure your reservation, we may place a temporary hold of up to £100 on your card. This is not a charge but may affect your available balance. The hold will be released after check-out, subject to your bank’s processing times.
For stays of 3–12 months, you can secure your booking with a non-refundable down payment equivalent to 33% of one month’s membership fee. Monthly payments for the remainder of your stay must be made in advance via standing order or Direct Debit, with payment dates outlined in your booking confirmation. Additionally, a refundable bond equivalent to five weeks’ membership fees is required. This serves as a safeguard and will only be used if necessary to cover any potential losses or expenses arising from unintended breaches of the membership terms.
Can I bring a child/children to stay with me?
ARK Canary Wharf is an adult only property. We cannot accept guests under the age of 18, even when accompanied by an adult.
